Our flate rate in Europe is 10€ for orders under 100€. Orders over 100€ have free shipping. For shipping through Europe we kindly ask you to allow between 4-7 labour days.
Shipping flat rate for US, Canada and Mexico orders is 20€ with a minimum purchase of 50€. Please allow between 4-10 labour days.
Shipping rates for Asia are 30€ on orders above 100€ and 45€ for orders under 100€. Please allow between 4-10 labour days to be delivered.
We ship around Europe, UK, North America (USA, Canada and Mexico) and Asia, please let us know if you're trying to purchase from somewhere else and we'll try to provide you with an international rate.

Please note returns and exchanges must be done 15 days after you received your order. Orders placed during December have 30 days to be returned or exchanged.
To prevent bad usage of our products and for your own security, we use special labels in our products which must remain in their original place when returned. Any return or exchange without this special label will not be accepted.
When we receive your order back and checked everything is correct we will refund your money back or proceed to change size and/or model.
