Where's my order?

Once your order has been carefully packed and leaves our warehouse automatically you receive an e-mail with the courier's information and delivery date. In case you have not received this e-mail just write to our customer care service and we'll give you all the information.

My order has arrived damaged

If your package is damaged, you have received it open or with signs of tampering It is important that you contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. In this way, our agents can investigate what happened and can provide you with a solution.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

As long as your order is not in the preparation phase, we can cancel it.

To request the cancellation of your order, contact us and in the reason select Order> Cancel order. Also remember to specify the number of your order, so that our team can process your request correctly.
